Richard deButts Richard deButts, CPA Richard deButts holds a BA in Business Management and a Masters in Accounting from North Carolina State University.  He worked with Arthur Anderson in their Technology Risk Consulting Department and started his financial consulting business in 1997.   He is presently a CPA and Managing Partner of deButts &  Roberts, PLLC which provides financial consulting as well as tax planning and preparation for individuals, businesses, trusts, estates, and nonprofit groups.  Richard currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Phil and Gerry Rominger Charitable Foundation Inc., Community Partnerships Inc., and the NC Maritime Museum.   He is also the Board Secretary for Club Horizon.  Richard has lived in the triangle with his family for over 27 years.

Chuck Roberts Chuck Roberts, CPA Chuck Roberts, CPA holds a BA in Accounting from North Carolina State University.  He earned his CPA certification in 2000 and after two years of running his own firm in Kernersville he returned to Raleigh to join deButts & Roberts, PLLC where he specializes in corporate taxation.  Chuck has lived in Raleigh with his wife and two children since 2008.
